... time and pass on the messages from upper management to team members. That's it. For this work they are paid huge salary and the engineers who do the whole delivery for the customer, they are left to justify for each and every goal that is fabricated by managers.

Managers can easily bypass company policy as their needs. No work life balance. Need work on holidays also, no benefit for working overtime or on weekends or holidays. No growth pros

Ericsson is a very employee friendly company with a fantastic work life balance. Loads of opportunities for training and competence development.

Compensation is way below the market. Promotions are also very difficult to get
