Worst Management.. Management team of Ericsson will not consider for skill development Only they require 24*7 active work pattern. Actually their is not any requirement for skilled employees ..the one who can give his life to ericsson only will be preferred . My 2 years of experience was horrible.. No extra pays from Management for your OT and night shifts .. Definately will not going to join this type of job again in my entire life.

No hike, so salary increment, even though you will be working in the company for 10, 12 hrs they will hardly give you 10-12% hike and there are many old people who have been working for 15 20 years, they are literally sitting and doing nothing but getting paid

... no major salary hikes, only work and work pressure is increasing exponentially. Almost working for 10-11hours everyday and even on weekends without any extra pay. forcing work from office but there's no space to sit, not enough seating and parking for employees, cutting employee benefit programs, too many lay offs and managed attritions

... time and pass on the messages from upper management to team members. That's it. For this work they are paid huge salary and the engineers who do the whole delivery for the customer, they are left to justify for each and every goal that is fabricated by managers.
