Work environment as per company policies will be good if only it’s implemented, but rather it’s modified by team leads as they are not monitored. So the good company policy becomes not so good. It depends on your team

it is a great place to work with comfort. It gives you an additional sum for nights, evenings, and holidays. It provides security to your Job i.e. 99% of your job is safe. It provides a lot of learning platforms hence you enhance your skills. overall, you can get a good experience.

They don't promote you easily even if you have skills sometimes. salary hikes are very low as all telecom companies, unlike IT companies.

Everything is bad working in 1st Level Assurance team. Dont waste life of Engineer freshers in sake of business in dollars you make.
