Ericson TPA is the worst company in the world for work. No any employee benefits there like PF, Insurance ect. Those management is 18th century management.

Treated like employee is own property. There is job security but no career Growth, Salary is minmum & no appraisal, lots of politics is there.

Please do not join this company Guyz they took the original document before join and all marathi staff salary deduction on late coming. Fnf is terrible give after 90 days of resignation

1.There is minimum salary as compared to market standard and will get cheque which usually gets bounced. 2.There is no employee benefits like PF, Medi -claim, Bonus etc. 3.There is no respect for employee from higher management. 4.They are harassing employee when he is serving notice period and not doing settlement in time and reducing the amount of settlement. 5.Did not process claim as per IRDA rules and regulation. 6.Did not settled the claim in time and there is call center is horrible. Not able to answer properly. 7. In every two to four month HR of the this company got changed.
