... deadline, you won't get promoted to full time employee and still be a trainee. The salary is awful for a fresher, which may get incremented by a very small amount. You will most probably have to stretch on weekends if you're in IT in this organization. They expect you to develop and test thoroughly and expect quick deliveries.

Worst ever… even if u dont have a job, dont join here and waste ur time. Better to wait a bit more and crack another one. There is zero job security.

...at any moment without any prior notice and without paying for the notice period. If u are doing less than 9hours then either you leave or salary gets deducted. There is literally no holidays they give.. not even for holi or deewali… there is only 3 national holidays and yearly 4 festive holidays you will get. Apart from that only 3 casual leaves and 18 paid leaves for the year… You will die out of pressure.

Every thing.. Bad infra.. No pantry, dirty drinking water, any time fire policy if ur salary is higher, no growth opportunity.. Micro management, expectation to outperform from Day 1

There is lot of politics and the management is very very strict Salary date is on 7th of the month No transport facilities No Canteen for the employes and the major point is each and every member should work without shoes inside the office premises. Everyday they extend the time of the employee Work pressure and Target should be complete at the end of the day if the target didn't complete they extend the time. No SL No PL Only 4 festive leaves are allowed in a whole year.

We usually get appraisals after 6 months after appraisal month. Worst management. No carrier growth for employees who eant to learn new technologies.
