Sinve the company have shifted to work from home culture, things have changed dramatically. The company dont force employees to work beyond their working hours untill its urgent. The seniors do realise and understands the employees problen and take actions accordingly for the welfare of the employees. Employees comes first instead of the company in terms of everything.

Dislikes

...o their job and if they fail in doing so their feel pressure from their seniors. In short their is no such thing present if the employee is justifying his/her salary.

During pandemic period they reduced the salary straight to half and i have to work on my own machine, they didnt support during this recession time

De-motivate experienced people and pathetic work politics by owners

The solutions are very unique and there is lot of demand from pharma companies and doctors. Lot of sames happening in last 1 year specially in their 3d device A very few companies in healthcare in India which make money. Incentive slabs are very beneficial

Dislikes

High pressure of sales target and thus can take quit a load jobs is not secure unless you meet your target every month.

Product is good but they are not open to suggestions and developement. One person minded company. With loads of fake promises. Not even PF benefits. They will hire you and fire you in a couple of months to avoid giving benefits.
