There is nothing much to like here expect from the colleagues. From food to work in here is not satisfactory.

Dislikes

Almost everything. No appraisals, hike, bad high level management, bad food provided in canteen, no safety in plant, etc etc

Likes

It was a PSU under department of heavy industry. During last few years there was losses and government has decided to close down. All the employees have given vrs in April 2017. The main reason was mis-management and incompetent person at top level.

Dislikes

Government of India has made heavy investment on creating PSU but most of them are not performing well. Government should review the performance of every PSU on quarterly basis and the chief executives performance be measured. They should be given a challenge to improve otherwise removed.
