I worked on 7 projects at Erebor Cybernetics and the pace of research and development is extraordinary. From Amazon's Quantum Ledger DB to developing flutter widgets, I was able to stay at the front of current industry leaders in terms of subject matter knowledge.

Dislikes

They are a little harsh on timelines. Though working on weekends and holidays is part of the culture here, we got paid over time bonus and long leaves to compensate. On the long run it hurts productivity.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
