...nt was not considering their employee. No growth from there .just like a flow ..salary was too much poor and there is no increment about our skills ..totally..management so selfish

One of the only few benefits of Eram Talent is that they give the salary (even though the salary package is really low) at the end of the month. There will be no delay in salary crediting. The other benefit that keeps an employee inside is the help they get from his teammates.

Dislikes

The company overworks everyone without any additional benefits. Employees have to work overnight (multiple 24+ shifts, My record is 35 hours) and holidays without Overtime salary. They take every bit of the energy from employees. And all the benefits will be only for the managers.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I like the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality product and has a global client base.Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds,and we work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.
