The horrible face of Indian corporate is shown in ERA infra. The salary is delay minimum 3 to 4 months but it may go beyond 7 months. PF deducted from salary will not be submitted. When you resign from company, you will have to leave minimum 4 months salary. They never pay full and final.

...this company learning point of view good to evry department but company culture is very poor by manegement salary structure also very bad to other companies

Just like political Nature and more task and work given by company' in short time .....and not give a specific work to specific person all type of work make

There is a lot of opportunities to learn new things even a fresher can be given the opportunity of becoming a planning engineer or billing engineer

Dislikes

Salary is not on time. Once you leave the company they won't give your arrears. There are no work life balance. Company is full of chamchas who will say only yes sir yes sir to their CMD. Company's chairman is the person who have no integrity or kindness to pay the insurance of the people who die on site during accident.

I haven't a Penny of satisfaction in working here, no job security, no salary on time, no confirmation even after completing a year, horrible working environment, no fixed time for return to home from office.

About 5 years before Era is a good , but not in current situation

Co. Not paid salary monthly, and not pay any employee full & final payment, my about ₹ Six lac due on Era , 8 month salary , 11.6 Years Gratuity or 3.6 year EPF deduct from salary but not deposited in my EPF account
