Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Best thing in this company is their is no politics, we can work over here full of tens free. For freshers it's good to join this company but not for experience one because there is no growth in this company, no proper salary hike, no bonus every year. Overall it is good to go for freshers.

Job security is not their, and no salary hike even if they give hike they give only 10% no career growth.

Actually in my personal experience Equity packaging is a good company... Even in pandemic they never used to reduce the salary like other companies... And their first choice is Employee's comfort... Totally a friendly environment to work... You will get a lot of benefits here and lot of opportunities to work with Emerging MNC projects... If you got opportunity in Equity just go with it ... Hereyou will get weekend off govt holidays who gonna give u these things

The perfect company to start as fresher. Everyone is so kind and helpful. All doubts are opened to ask and work environment is really good. Every 6 months there is session regarding important topics like "harrasment in office culture" or "the benifits of working here" etc etc. Work hours are pretty good aswell. Overall equity packaging is 10/10.

Nothing much, just it's kinda long travel for a guy who lives in Navi Mumbai as the office is situated in Powai, hiranandani

Job for my profile w.r.to data analyst have no growth but other profiles related with packaging and specifications coordinator have good future...

Work culture is good.there is no job security as contract gets extended as per project requirement. Management is really good and supportive.

Dislikes

There is no growth in career promotionwise. Good for freshers.
