...eraction of company owner with employees is appreciable. Workers are supportive. Salary and appraisal facility are good. Company bus es for pick up and drop to location for employee and workers.

Working environment are stressful. Veteran personnel are not supportive.

The management is always with the employee in help ,policies are always in favour of us.Good help during pandemics period too. Work culture are always team work ,which is very helpful.

There should be a factory person Engineer who can guide field engineers in complicate problems.

There good learning tools provides full training about there products & lots of think to in there work like a customer interaction it’s helps to improve our skills to commutations skills , ever year providing a bonus ,

Working pan India level to travel , stay away from home 15 to 30 days as dependent on work it’s may be 2 or 3 days also

I have work with Eqitron from last 5 years. And company accept in my bad phase and still with me....my old and new teammates are so supportive understanding people b'coz of those support i had spent good time with medica.....training sessions are satisfied.
