Promotion is based on 30 mins interview and not based on performance for the year(s). An individual with average communication will not get through even if he/she is hardworking... People who speak well will get through.
Good work environment but worst management especially Nalini. IJP hikes are so biased that performing candidates don't get good and feet lickers get high package.
A**ho**s like Nalini .who only favour women employee and try to micromanage by saying should not talk and what dress to wear should be taken action on ..orelse this company won't survive as many agents are leaving jobs or searching new one because of her.
1. As a newcomer or the person who puts the best efforts for equiniti, what you expect - good compensation, climbing the hierarchical ladder. Just to let you know both will not happen due to the old school/ complicated process.
2. What do you think would happen if you take this up to your manager - Resolution ? No it's a brainwash to let you know that's things would work the same way as it is meant to be and you have to adhere to it.
3.Leaving everything aside, thinking from a saint's perception without considering money and hierarchy, If you look at the whole process it is old school and to be honest from the bottom of heart it is not rewarding and worth the attempt. You will find all of the information more than what we know when you navigate FCA rules and regulations and you'll come to know how Equiniti as a company is old school charging the Shareholders more than what they are entitled to.
It’s been 2 and half year in this organisation and am still searching a good reasons do i have any likes in this organisation. But still i cant find any valuable like in this company and even with my current process. Only Like - Shift Timing ( since headquarters is at UK we are urged to handle UK peoples so thats the reason the timing is slightly likable )
~ As per the market, Voice support for the inbound calls get good pay and they get multiple opportunities to build their profile and skills, but if u r here you are unlucky to build your skill or you wont get any additional opportunities.
- Only reason i am here is to pay my bills even though the work is toxic.
~ Secondly when it comes to work culture, both on shore and off shore people do the same process , even we offshore people from india do more work than UK reps but still we are treated bad as per pay, work load, opportunities. Indian employees are treated like a dog when there are leverages provided for the UK employees.
~ When it comes to operations team we do have multiple operations team and we (CEC) are one among them, but we are micro managed by the leads if the leads get any questioned by their superiors. And we dont get any mental peace but they always send a mail regarding mental health development even they dont allow our process people to attend those seminars or those team calls. The organisation just expect us to take calls even if we are in death bed.
