Good work environment but worst management especially Nalini. IJP hikes are so biased that performing candidates don't get good and feet lickers get high package.

...leaves restricting are high and it’s not flexible for the CEC process employees. I have been in voice process previously in other companies but the pay scale is really low compared to the organisation

...ery difficult to reach to someone in finance team both in chennai and Bangalore. night shift allowance are not paid on time and even after sending so many mails, they don't give a damn about replying. its our money we are asking, not yours lazy idiots., If higher management is seeing this, ask your finance team to have somee courtesy to reply. we are not working for free here. especially the US staffs are the ones who are suffering because of their carelessness. People in TRIL should have one person in finance team to speak to them directly.
