Unnecessary and conflicting updates from the onshore often which makes confusing in the work Breaks are scheduled in such a way that it is not suitable for Indian timings No employees suggestions are considered for process welfare

Has been an absolute pleasure working here work timing is good 1pm to 10pm which is amazing, food people, leaves are so good here, we get so many leaves.

No incentives Unskilling but no up in salary No company outing No space for growth

Good work environment but worst management especially Nalini. IJP hikes are so biased that performing candidates don't get good and feet lickers get high package.

A**ho**s like Nalini .who only favour women employee and try to micromanage by saying should not talk and what dress to wear should be taken action on ..orelse this company won't survive as many agents are leaving jobs or searching new one because of her.

EQ is a good company and It’s a good place for freshers. No pressure

...leaves restricting are high and it’s not flexible for the CEC process employees. I have been in voice process previously in other companies but the pay scale is really low compared to the organisation

...ing leadership qualities costing the jobs of innocent people. Unfair and biased. Poor compensation and no benefits. In short this Company is known to Hire and Fire without foreseeing the employees family situations.
