Salary Is on time. For initial career growth company is good. For Masters graduate company will send it to banglore at onsite location (Well known Automotive German Based R&D Company)

Dislikes

1. Usually for freshers they do have a bond for 2 years. 2. Salary structure framing policy are not good. If any employee is not on bond then usually they put Retention advance & variable bonus components in salary structure. If within a financial(appraisal cycle) year any one left the job, he/she has to pay this amount refund to company till its LWD. 3.Before sending onsite they need to train the freshers with proper understanding of job description.

Given work form home and for some 15 days salary every month in this pandemic situations, policy changed by the employer frequently without the consent of the employee based on there own needs.Talking about the management it is running only with 3 key people's only. Work satisfaction was not so good for me.

Dislikes

Employee career growth and direction should be given priority. Policy should be standardized. Employee appreciation and benefits i felt very bad compared to other same type of service providers.

Work culture is good . No strict timings for the break. Good company to start as a fresher.

Working hours re very tedious. Shift changes every 2 weeks. So no work life balance. Promotion to senior position is nearly impossible.

But now Currently Cultural not good. They did Direct action against the employee and it's policy also not good and so many things are not good but I can't explain here in few words.

I had not seen such worst company, pathetic management, no job security, higher management's is even not clear of things to do, false commitment at time of joining and reality is all different, management playing politics, i would suggest not to join this company at the moment till this management is their....
