Simply worst company to join

Dislikes

...or laterals there is no training required only software and is self explanatory. But this useless guys makes bond for 50k to 1lakh and sends legal notice every month threatening you to pay the money as they provided high standard training. Full of fake things in the company, they hire and let the employee abscond by putting pressure and they are thinking of making money out of that. Worst company for employess, dont ruin your time. Already company is in lot of trouble, dont join is all i can say

This company only for fresher not for experienced person

... reduce the cost so we will terminate after few months or look for a new job. 3.he will ask to work on weekends and extend to night shift without any bonus. Ex: Assume you are a wintel person and he will ask to develop software using dot net and Java or any programming language. Don't join to IT until he left the organisation or if you join then he will ruin your personal life.
