No proper hike for hard workers, more salary for people who bargain and who are puppets of management. For good hike you need to be play politics.

Excellent work life balance. Ever since the time I have joined as a QA lead, the management along with my counterparts in Munich have given me the opportunity to express and implement the ideas for the growth and development of the team. Gives equal amount of freedom to all. Everyone is treated with respect and the open door policy really helps the bridge between the management and colleagues. I love the fact that there is no pressure on us to finish all the tasks, which at the end of the day turns into true work satisfaction.

Learning platform is kinda limited as of now. would love to see that growing.

1 - There are both product and service oriented development happening at EQS. So, as a developer, you can choose the one that fits you better. 2 - Flexible work hours. You can take a break in between, and nobody usually questions it, if you manage to deliver the committed work without much slippages. 3 - Nobody asks why you took leave. It's a trust and responsibility based culture. 4 - Real tech savvy team. You can learn a lot if you want to deep dive into advanced stuff.

1 - Certain management policies can be frustrating and disheartening at times. 2 - The way these policies are communicated might make things worse than actually it is.
