There is nothing to like about in this company. It’s more like a shop than a company. You’ll be disappointed by yourself and your career by joining there. Choosing to join this company will be a biggest mistake

...ry work because they want to engage you in something because they’re paying. 3 You’ll always have to ask for your salary as it will never be credited on time and most of the time they cut most of your salary for very lame reasons. They have no intention to pay single penny just making fool of everyone. 4 No good opportunity or project to work on. And you will be blamed that you’re not doing anything or adding any value to the company. Infact there is nothing do when there is no work 5 Nothing is organised. They don’t have any policy for anything. Never did they follow any because the owner will keep on changing the policy with their convenience 6 Completely biased with some staff who are not even fully professional and does not know corporate culture.

...my first job and it was the worst place to start. I lost all my self confidence. They let me go after a few months without any prior notice or any month’s salary even though I was entitled to receive it. No job security or respect, I would not suggest it to anyone.

Work culture is excellent as compared to all the previous companies I have ever worked for. Boss and the company owner itself is so ground to earth that it feels like home. Start from the interview till selection the process was very smooth. If you get into this company consider yourself as the most luckiest person.

I feel extremely privileged to be a part of EqCap Group as I learnt a lot here. The company is focused to invest on employee growth. They are detail oriented and do not step back when it comes to teaching any task to juniors. Another amazing thing about EqCap is that they encourage freshers and consider the opinions and ideas of freshers/ Interns

I am obliged to complete my summer internship at EqCap Group. As an intern I've got to learn a lot here. The environment here and people here are innovative and supportive. The work culture here is open. I got to learn a lot from the Director, Group CEO and the Group Head HR. I've had a great experience in EqCap Group.
