...ntify faults. Seen lot of attrition in the team due to change in the management. No hike in salary and no growth. The company is amazing and leading in the market. Learned alot work in Email team.

Dislikes

Management in Email vertical. They don;t know the process and they all work under perception basis. Should avoid Ultra Micro management. No value for hard work. Very bais in the team.

A strict policy of promotion, you have to meet 2-year minimum criteria, it doesn't matter if you are a star performer through out the year. If you are a non-performer, if you have completed 2 year in Epsion you will get promoted, if you have connections.

Employee friendly policies for work from home, Cab and internet reimbursement. Health insurance top-pop at very competitive pricing. Wellness holidays. Learning resource access like LinkedIn Learning, Marcel, Udemy.

Work-life balance is subjective to teams and projects. Compensation is average.

My salary did not grow much as i was in Production Support. Most of the times my salary appraised by only single digit.
