Horrible culture, very few career growth opportunity. Out of Sight out of mind kind of scenario, if you are not close to your supervisor difficult to get decent projects and also hike/promotion. Tech stack in some projects/account are pretty old. Lot of legacy system, lack of support at leadership or management level. No career or growth planning. Very poor project planning

...ntify faults. Seen lot of attrition in the team due to change in the management. No hike in salary and no growth. The company is amazing and leading in the market. Learned alot work in Email team.

Management in Email vertical. They don;t know the process and they all work under perception basis. Should avoid Ultra Micro management. No value for hard work. Very bais in the team.

Some occasions they conduct they are good.

Dislikes

...once joining the project. One day they will provide food that is also too worst. No hike will be provided for years if you do the work and complete the tasks also they will put in below target in year end review. Managers don't know how to train employees and properly use them. They will get awarded by discriminating us and they will get increment on it and they will get position change for it. Worst ever company I have seen and they tell the company is best workplace I don't know how do they tell this kind of company is best workplace.

Salary credited on a timely manner.

Dislikes

A strict policy of promotion, you have to meet 2-year minimum criteria, it doesn't matter if you are a star performer through out the year. If you are a non-performer, if you have completed 2 year in Epsion you will get promoted, if you have connections.
