Every body are so friendly they share their knowledge and work experience with all of us when I joined. We use to do the same with our juniors.Its a good company for a fresher's. It has a 5 department s networking passive department and active department,Audio visual(AV) department,Accounts department,Procurement department. AV department employees have more exposure to learn in terms of skills and knowledge development. Networking team it's a small and more efficient team of all. As it's a implementations based company so AV department and networking department will be at client site/office most of the time.

Dislikes

Salary will be created between 10th-15th of every month.

Good organisation with extremely talented Team. To be very honest no organisation is perfect every organisation we have it's own hiccups but Epitome is one of the best place to work, which focuses on continuous improvement as an organisation & employees perspectives.

Dislikes

Nothing to be disliked only thing i would like to mention that paying cycle should be fixed it should not deviate.
