Worst thing about this company is that company doesnt offer you 1st salary . It provides you after completing your notice period after resign. HR department is not active as it to be. MD's gives excess pressure to Supervisors. Also maintenance is poor , due to that whatever rejection rework happens supervisor is also reasonable for that. Working environment is not too good. Company is good for freshers.

Very bad management, no salary hike, poor management, work environment is not so good, strict company policies. Overall experience is very bad. Don't join

Everything is comes under dislikes, management is very strict and they directly fire on you on small small issues.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike per year

Negative-Sallery cutting is , employer cutting is cut from employee and showing that it cut from both like pf and insurance amount. There is no training session in company ,for trainee. No any cultural event takes place in company.
