I think there will be politics in salary and appraisal in every company likewise in our company too. In episource also same and it is too bad in providing good hike and promotions to those who work hard. We cannot get higher positions even if we work day and night for the company. But the only satisfaction is we will get good incentives for what we work

The way they treat people . The company really cares for their employers. In between they conduct games , fun activities. You can talk to any higher authority without hesitation and there's no partiality. Everyone will listen to the ideas of even less time experienced.

The pay and the project I'm assigned in is very difficult. Optum wellmed is my project.

I started working at 2019 1 year 5 months i completed. Salary is basic only but at that tym incentive is morethan 40 k u could earn with doing more charts

2019 -training on one thing i have struggled with For doubt solving we needed to request our Seniors but it was fine some infeel like imnirritating them

They give training for freshers and help to improve your performance. Also sponsors for certification.

Salary package will be low. They will keep on changing the project, so that you can't get incentives.
