Very high pressure job at customer site and not time balancing work, very hight responsibility to a service engineer level person in ug mine.

I like the work culture,also the eLearning program has really helped me a lot in that I have gained knowledge which am applying during my work force as Field service technician and the diagnosis technics

The salary scale for technician are not even.

... in contract. No value for th. Even the annual day is celebrating without them. No salary hike after an year. We cant innovate anything just follow. For technical writers just a copy paste job. Nothing to learn and grow. There is nofacilities from epiroc .. Terrible

...dering them. Whatever decisions taken in the meeting will not be followed later. If you got offer from other company manager said to stay here but salary no hike If you support or help with other team member, the team leader feels jealous over it instead of appreciating/encouraging. If you have machine knowledge, team leader said not to share with anyone. Though we don't have work to do, they are asking us to bill 40 hours a week. We don't know how to bill the hours without work. Felt like living in a pickle.

Dislikes

Compensation is not up to mark as per industry standards. Salaries are way less compared to their Competitors in the same segment. You cannot ask questions to management as it may have adverse affect in your career growth.
