I was Process Specialist. They delayed my salary deducted salaries at a illegal way. Noone listens on complain. People are good expect management and HR. Salary is below industry level.

The company is good if you are working without expectations

The management gets blind mostly when rewarding employees. They uplift those employees who hardly work or have any skill set and always forget those who work dedicatedly and deliver good output.

Politics for Juniors. Discrimination with Juniors. Blame on Juniors. Working behind the scenes for Juniors.

Dislikes

They have very good sense of Humour which they use for their own purposes never supports any employee who is under performing. Managers totally dependent on Team leaders even if team leader is not performing. They set up a meeting how to layoff the performing employee. Managers never admitting his mistake about the blunder made by Team leaders. Team leaders blame totally on their subordinates. Team leaders worked on there own shifts and force to subordinates to work according to Team leaders shifts even the subordinates works from office. Managers do discrimination with Juniors all the rules are only followed by juniors no Team leader will follow the rules.

Everything, no culture, no learning, training, no company policies, managers & HR don't know how to talk. Company is like small CA firm and not employee focused company. No transport, no internet reimbursement even during WFH.

Nice exposure in terms of work, if you perform well you get rewarded well

Work life balance is a miss. They keep pushing the good performers to improve efficiency when they are already performing well and are at full capacity
