Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Starting days with company culture and experience was very good, both tl and hr coordination was Excellent, daily working routine are challenging and fully excitement

Dislikes

At that time it is not possible connect with hr, sallary issue, sallary is not deposit time to time, management issue to much frustrated, working culture was too bad no one solve your issues

Nothing is going to happen or change after reporting the reviews the names and the activities of the head working here are real even they themselves know the truth nothing is wrong or inappropriate these people cannot play with everyone's life and be happy and again mark it as inappropriate review I request ambition box you have made this platform to stop all this so please support this even you can aware people for same so they do not get scammed if bunch of people are doing this and if names are being mentioned nothing is wrong rather than removing such reviews highlight it and help people from getting scammed Atleast verify and check the review before removing @ambitionbox
