...r hike % Promotion is linked to clearing interview which doesnt have any pattern and then % hike is very poor No bonus concept

- Earlier this used to be a good company, but not anymore

- once you are into epam, you will be exploited to the core ( initially they may pay you good ) - no hikes, no promotions, HR's are the worst, they expect work as if they are a top product company but pay and facilities are worst.

There's nothing Good about the Company. DO NOT JOIN THIS AT ALL. They'll hire you at a lesser salary than expected and then fire you for no reason.

...'t even want to talk about the culture of a place where things like this happen. Never JOIN this company or Any other company by taking a Salary cut unless it's absolutely necessary.

... good clients and you won't feel like you're working in a service based company - Salary perks are matching to the Product based orgs. - Alot of learning and development programs which will keep you at top. - Perks for taking interviews as well. - No politics in getting promotion. Simply apply for the position and if you've skills you will get promoted.
