    - Earlier this used to be a good company, but not anymore

    Dislikes

    - once you are into epam, you will be exploited to the core ( initially they may pay you good ) - no hikes, no promotions, HR's are the worst, they expect work as if they are a top product company but pay and facilities are worst.

High salary zero job security. Anytime your job can be gone. No proper projects here. One of the worst companies. They take you with a high package and leave you simply like a tissue paper. Hire and fire policy. Please take care of employees and their careers.

...ning curve is so good. It has plenty of good projects with latest tech stacks. They provide a handsome salary. Supporting colleagues, manages, mentors for learning growth, and many more to explain about. Don’t have a second thought if you have an offer with EPAM.

No Job security at all Salary structure is ambiguous Tech stack in most projects is legacy Hr are not employee friendly Tipical Master slave culture Internal project interviews are very hard. They take 2 hardcore rounds and expect you to be proficient in other skills other than you were hired for like cloud technologies

-Short term projects -Annual appraisals are not aligned with employee performance -Once we come out from project, again we have to prepare and give interviews to get another project and client interviews are not that easy to crack -For experienced people like 8+ there will be hell lot of expectations and we have to contribute to Epam as well Client with this we lose work life balance. So for experienced people its a challenging company where you have to be very compete and proactive to survive
