It's a fraud company, not giving the employees their full salary and the management is terribly bad. Especially the floor manager. I will never recommend anyone to join this scam.

...ruitment hiring . Worst training structure for new candidate for small process . There is no equality for small process who have less salary. There was poor Hiring policies Why operations facing pressure about hiring? Why less salary process getting the candidates who are rejected from all processes with poor communication

Worst place not given my fil salary after completing the notice period too i have send the mails so much time but you all not given any reply and my salary too now I dont want the pendings just take that and eat them because that money is yours only now frauds....

It was good experience. but my expectations was little high for salary. there were only 10k gap between my salary being an operation manager and team leader’s salary. one team was handling 20 headcount and i was handling 160 headcount. rest all support staff are very supportive. leaned so many things

I joined this company as a telecaller, During the 6 months time period I performed well I got so many appreciation for manager & client side after 6 months I got promoted as a Collection Team Leader.

The problem is here no one is supportive, When I got promoted as a Collection Team Leader my salary was 9.3k inhand & I have 15 members of team they getting 12k inhand then, I talked with my manager regarding this issue she's said wait for 3 months I wait 5 months & still my salary was same 9.3k inhand but my team members are getting 14k inhand, After this all I resigned but they are not leaving me so that's why I abscouned there. Process indiabulls, I think the company was good but in this process the staff and management team is worsted, Till date I didn't see this kind of team management.
