Low salaries, company policy, work environment it very stress full, Saturday working, no wfh, CEO involvement in each project, employees termination rate is very high

One can learn many useful skills. One can learn how to work under huge pressure. One can learn multi working.

Dislikes

Have to work for 6 days of week for 1 year. Worst Working Culture very very Toxic Working Culture. Worst Work-life balence. Company culture is very Toxic. Appreciation are not given for good work. Strict working hours.

Terrible work environment, extremely bad politics. You can get terminated even when you don't have any warning mail.

It a nice place to kick of your career as this organisation gives you lots of opportunities at fresher level which makes you competitive later in your experience. Gives you lots of exploration on Salesforce platform which is hot skill right now in market.

Dislikes

Gives you lots of work to do which is great for skill development but you have to work beyond your working hours. Lack of professionalism in terms of communication and other things. They usually don’t give good appraisals as per market standard is low. If they give you good appraisal then expects you work for them on multiple things ignoring any time limits. You can work here till 3 years, Get knowledge and switch for financial growth.
