They don't give your salary even for 6 months delayed salary is okay for them. Ruin your career, they asked you do work by using your own personal laptop. 3rd class work balance and management. Even they doesn't pay ur pf on time and told you we r MNC company but even though there is no medical facilities available for employees. Overall if you want to ruined your career go and join there.

...energy & water industry. Company focuses on its growth but not on its employees. No salary hikes, very poor in terms of salary compare to other org.

The organization is very much concerned about the safety & wellness of it's employees . During the pandemic, I personally feel the organization is there with it's employees at time of difficulties .

The rate of hike of salary has not been able to meet my expectations so far .

The company is the global energy & environment company providing high end solutions to the energy & utilities industries.I had worked on Enzen clean energy & environmental practice (CEEP) team.Career growth in this company depends up on your individual performance.Salary & appraisal is not satisfactory.

Managers do not value an individuals'performance & strength.There is no particular job training for freshers & no career growth.

I joined this company because of its reputation. I realised after joining that this company has no value for us, I have been paying fuel expenses from last 7 months, if you ask them ,, no one cares,, they ask us to resign the job, and I have to do most of our seniors work too, they never come out of their rooms to do their works, and one more is, seniors make us visit the sites but they don't allow us to mention the fuel expenses paid for the visit, like I paid around 4 or 5k for a month to visit the site, but in travel sheet they want us to mention 3.5k, and even I haven't got my Xerox money since I joined, I have to prepare the reports by myself which isn't my work,, terrible seniority

They have no respect for our work. They will make you work like machines, and senior's work too, they rarely come out of their rooms to do their work, if you argue about your fuel and other expenses you paid, they ask you to quit job, sorry to say this but,
