Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Honestly nothing.... Please think before joining this place has no career at all.

Managers apply service rates according to what technician come and tell on the desk, managers will put there own rates for services. Because of work pressure I kept salon open till 1.30 am in night, but no one appreciates. No induction or training for new people on joining front desk. Worst team mates no understanding at all. Managers do not value an individuals and hence team strength is always weak. Adjusting compromising is not at all there.. Even zonal Rachna Aiya was worst senior I got in my working career as mentor.. no weekoffs
