There no such things to like about the company. The only thing in the company is we can see some good employees like us who suffer the worst wrk life there.The HR and manager only calls you for putting LOP and giving escalation without any reason. The company is loosing client because of not completing on time, coz they don't hire enough employees and the experiencd persons resign aftr 2 yrs, so the new comers dnt get knowledge about what they do

Worst work experience, Didn't expect salary for 1 month gap, Expect unexpected LOPs and escalation, Send you different client location without giving allowance

Company Policies are worst and management also not supportive to employes.The projects in the company is not able to use for carrer growth and oppertunities

Lot of politics and the management doesnt address our issues Salary is ok but carrer growth is not able to use for oppertunities

Its a relatively new and growing company. Salaries are paid on time. Work from home is available.

Company needs to find one specific path. The employees don't have any idea what kind of future they have once getting out of the present company.

Only the thing I like is that they give chance to freshers to start their 1st job role in Robotic simulation.

Dislikes

Not at all satisfying job. You will be always toss from one project to another in the middle. And will give full responsibility and work load of projects to juniors even if it is their 1st project. And then failure of project will be upon that person.

They treat employees as Machines,Nothing, my 2 years got wasted, the work they do there is not an engineering work ,that work can be done by any 10th class students if they are give training for a month. They don't value employees freedom. If you're not in proper condition they don't give a damn about you ,they want their work to be completed. They don't give enough salary and appraisal.
