There was nothing specific to be disliking but I didn’t like the work environment. But there were many long timers working there. One must understand completely what they are getting into.

Dislikes

Even if you are working hard then also you will not be rewarded because your lead/manager will take the credit in some teams. I was never been appreciated for my work even though I was working 12-14 hours daily.

nobody in that company likes anything in there

Dislikes

I never liked anything about it. I was struck there due to legacy technologies that the company has and i never got any offer with the knowledge of those useless technologies. Then i got out and upgraded and upskilled and got jobs.

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
