This is a Mom & Pop Shop..... a LALA company owned by whoever, by run by the whimsical CEO, who is just nuts.

Dislikes

1. Non-existent HR. Dance to the tunes of CEO and make life extremely difficult for employees 2. CEO (PPC) thinks he understands A to Z of business.... feels he is a Azim Premji, Jeff Bezos. And he hasn't been able to grow any business over last 10 years...... Lost everything actually because of his megalomania. He actually needs medical help, but there's no one to tell him that 3. Never ever get your F&F payment, no one gets it 4. CEO extremely critical and sarcastic of his team, fails to motivate

Teammates were fine , there was no growth opportunities. The work environment was very demotivating and apart from work and focusing on job profile and duties assigned time was wasted in reviews how to improve business and get orders. Reviews were just a waste of time as nothing was implemented or changed. Company had no vendors to execute their projects and whatever order I use to get was delayed and finally cancelled due to execution issues like funding , manpower etc. This kind of working culture is very demotivating . The entire system of the company was not interested in getting a solution to the issues created by them
