Its a vibrant working environment. I have the space to improve my work and develop the skill. And the most important part is the management, they really took care of us in each step. They do respect our after work life, which I gave prior importance to. Transparency of communication is evident in every aspects.

Dislikes

lack of organising the system. Which means the running of the company is depends upon the way the employees being selected properly. I find the lack of appropriate selection of right employees.

Likes

I have the drive to persevere in working at Envertiz Group for three reasons. 1. It is Service Oriented as well. As an employee, I understand at least a few people's lives can be transformed with a better standard of living. I am very glad to be a part of the team. 2. The Family Atmosphere. Feeling at home when I am in the office makes me more comfortable. 3. Job security.

More training sessions have to be conducted.

Very good atmosphere to work with. Friendly and understanding colleagues. There is no work pressure or office politics unlike in other companies. Also, if you take a leave, you have a buddy system. So, you don't have to worry about your pending works.

Dislikes

No work from home option and no public holidays. Also the work timings could have been changed especially when you have a family.

I'm excited about working this company because of its excellent reputation in the industry. I believe that working for a well respected and established organization will give me access to opportunities and experience that will help me grow my career.

Doesn't have a organisation structure. Runs as a family with high politics and favouritism. Appraisal are not given according to the merit system, they are done purely based on favouritism.
