-No job security, firing is very frequent. - Favoritism culture, biology filled with bengalis and chemistry with maharastrians. - Hard working people are often overlooked whereas favourite ones are often promoted. - Lots of micromanagement in biology by higher management. - Higher management creating disaster and is asking people to leave or they get fired. - People sleeping in company are getting promoted whereas those working continuously are asked to leave the company.

Enveda follows MNC culture and has very good work environment, They have state of art labs and you are free to give your views and deas, their leave policies and health benefits are best across the industry. They provide transportation and breakfast, lunch to all employees without any charge.
