... process. Salary was not reduced, however the yearly increment is being delayed. Salary package is average compared to the competitors but the annual increment is good. The company policies are excellent and each and every employee is being insured and taken care of. The working hours are not flexible but the job asks us to work more hours than the specified timing, not only during the pandemic but also during the normal times. There is a lot of pressure during work and the HR team tries its best to entertain the employees. The ratio to women and men is vast, with women being in large groups.

Conducting some classes ,eg.yoga and games for reducing the strees of employees.

Dislikes

Not understanding the employee situation and most of the ladies were terminated for cost cutting,and no one was replaced in there place and pressure will be falling on the remaining members..

Low salary and heavy work, not appreciated for the efforts, poor management, bad work life balance and too much pressure. Always asked to work for than 9 hrs but never paid for extra hours. Bad company to work with.

It's totally fraud company and guys don't ever believe them, They receive your money and after they send one video as training and it's not a proper training video. Then after they will say it's wrong and there is no proper response from them. It's totally fraud company
