The team is amazing, helpful and dedicated towards their work. However, when it comes to work life balance it is really bad. In the past 1 year, many employees have left and for their own good. However, the parent company i.e. careers360 has now changed the exit policy for obvious reason. So now you have to serve 2 months notice period, you are not entitled to any leaves and in case you leave the company before completing your notice period, you have to pay the company. Its a mental harassment to the employees.

Dislikes

If you want to join this company, forget about your personal life. You have to work on Saturdays and Sundays, have to work beyond your scheduled hours, almost everyday. The only good thing about the company is the team.
