- They are paying low salary for a starter when compare to competitors - No proper policy and procedure for HR management and in other operations. Always keep changing policy and procedures - Overhire the people, then keep in bench for nothing and after 6-8 month if the expected business are not up. - internal politics between team managers , operations managers and branch managers.
