There is no appreciation for the work. Worst HR policy. Incentive structure is very very poor More than 6+ months Delay in incentive paying There is no fun activity, no team binding session, nothing about future growth and development of the employee

It was really good experience working with enterprise solutions, there is growth opportunities, good working environment , helpful teammates and supporting managers and team leads.

There is no such point of dislike but yes company should pay the incentive to the employees on time and do not delay.

The work culture is not at all good terrible environment to work with HR will treat you like cows and buffaloes or servants they don't even get you to go outside even during the lunch time .

The HR department is not provide the value to employees , they treate the employee useless , and unethical in nature, i does not to work with them , if you want a money hike, then it's good for you, but there is no respact.

I does not to do job again in this company , because the HR department does not provide the value to employee , it's really very poor experience.
