...as the complete employee satisfaction is always there. Following are the Pros: 1) They pay you the best as compared to market standards. 2) Payments on time 3) Good transportation ( even though company is next to nhpc Chowk metro, they still give you both side cabs) 4) The management is really helpful in terms of looking towards the employees as human beings to understand. 5) Good parking facilities at decent pricing. 6) Shift timings are offs help to get a work life balance. 7) FNF on time for ex employees 8) All documents are given on time to the employees 9) Co-workers are matured enough to help each other to take the team forward 10) You have an HR-Business partner to help you with everyday access. 11) Health insurance of 5 times higher value than other same segment employers. Good company but they hire with less compensation and very minimal hike. In the name of incentive they donot provide any bonus. Work is good if you can sustain for the same thing for a long time. Good cooperative employee as they help each other in queries. WFH is the best possibility which can help.

No bonus, incentive and joining compensation is very less compare to other companies

...e isn't learning. Fresher won't get chance to work on domains(server,network). Also, there is no night shift allowance or additional pay if you work on weekend or off day.

No compansation No vision for newer technology Hikes are somewhere around less than 5% regardless of your performance. WFH wasn't allowed before COVID.

My manager was very good and I had a wonderful time working under him. I learnt a lot as well. The MD was also very cooperative and friendly.

Dislikes

Pay was next to nothing. Outside candidates were brought in at higher packages which demoralises existing employees.

Flexible shift and location are only 2 things that I like about this company.

...nt is absolutely insensitive. 3. Never give a thought to employees satisfaction. Focusing only on money, cost cutting, firing employees every now and than. 4. Corporate politics is something very common with them. Every manager wants to save themselves. 5. Beggining of COVID19 they asked almost 80 people to resign. Being inhuman they never thought to be kind with employees in such a tough time. 6. Bad management...
