Good Salary, Flexible Timings, Office location near to metro station

No Job Security as I've seen major firing at regular intervals. Company doesn't have appropriate planning & objectives. At one point of time, they look for building team & suddenly after 2-3 months they look for reducing head count. Nothing to learn in this organisation as people grow over here with help of politics and plotting skills.

Eli is a very good company Positive work environment Growth opportunities are there I haven't seen the company like Eli in my life .

I think salary is little low... Otherwise the company benefits is excellent Teammates are like family

Good company but they hire with less compensation and very minimal hike. In the name of incentive they donot provide any bonus. Work is good if you can sustain for the same thing for a long time. Good cooperative employee as they help each other in queries. WFH is the best possibility which can help.

No bonus, incentive and joining compensation is very less compare to other companies

...e isn't learning. Fresher won't get chance to work on domains(server,network). Also, there is no night shift allowance or additional pay if you work on weekend or off day.

No compansation No vision for newer technology Hikes are somewhere around less than 5% regardless of your performance. WFH wasn't allowed before COVID.
