...supervisor and their work culture is very bad there also no have safety because and safety rules not followed anybody and salary also three months 2 months delay payments and work culture is very bad

Nobody should join this plant. No any reason to switch here from any other indian plants.

Salary not in time, it takes 3 or 4 month always, No working culture, no plan , no execution, no discipline no any facilities, not a diary or pen given by plant, no any sitting arrangements, according to him just walk and see the equipment always,

Worst, Don't get any job from the company. They will not pay any salaries. They want you to work for free and destroy all your life saving you earned from other countries.

Worst, read my about, comment the company does not pay any salary to the expats they will make you to work for free and eat all your earnings they will not even pay for the flight ticket and visa fee but they will say that they will pay after you join the company but they won't do that.

Salary not paid every month…..some time we have to wait 4 months, there is no respect for Indian staff’s, they want to treat like a slave, as per employment contract we cannot get anything There is no final settlement procedure Company always ready to detect employee salary

Hitech buildings ang young workforce USD 400 house accomodation paid by company. That is it. Do not expect anything else. Rest you pay from your pocket

1. Upto 3 months salary delays 2. No family visa nor support for family accomodation 3. Poor HR policies 4. Zero performance appraisals 5. Almost zero english speaking culture 6. Incompetent local workforce and are stubborn in taking instruction 7. Family run company's so you will be working under 25 yr olds as your project manager and 30 yr olds as CEO If you are jobless then you can join other avoid at any cost
