Short term company to learn and best place to employees are very good but managers and management is worst.

Worst organisation to work. Unprofessionals way of handling joining as well as exit policy. Worst Management they don't know how treat employees.Very unprofessional way of handling employees and exit formalities... They really need to grow/improve a lot, professionally.

Many people filed the case in the court against this company relating to gratuity and final settlement. They have not given proper increment. Still they are showing active employees in pf account even if they resigned from the company.

It is a good place to work especially for freshers they can learn many new things like using various tools in accounting and taxation, interacting with clients, attending client meeting. They also respect each other. Harrassment is zero. Timings also comfortable compare to industry

Dislikes

As of now I didn't find any dislikes except small thing are no transport, no cafeteria, also they didn't hire the girls ( gender bias ) but this may be the company's strategy.
