Avoid This Company at All Costs This company is highly unprofessional and unethical. Salaries are consistently delayed by over 45 days every month, causing immense financial stress to employees. The boss is a compulsive liar and cannot be trusted. To make matters worse, the company and its owner are involved in multiple police cases for fraud and cheating people. Do not fall for their false promises; this is a toxic workplace with zero respect for employees' time, money, or efforts. Stay away from this organization to avoid unnecessary headaches and financial losses.

They unfairly deduct salary for being just 2 minutes late, showing zero consideration for employees’ efforts or circumstances. On top of that, they enforce absurd and exploitative policies like the "sandwich leave," where taking a leave on Friday results in deductions for Saturday and Sunday as well, even if those are official weekends. These rules are designed to squeeze employees financially and emotionally, creating an environment of fear and frustration. Such petty and unethical practices clearly reflect their lack of respect for employees and their well-being. Do not let their promises or offers deceive you—working here will only lead to unnecessary stress and financial exploitation. Stay away from this toxic organization.

The CEO Mr darshan is a fraud and he won't credit the salary. Pf he will deduct but he won't pay. There are lot of criminal cases against him. I strongly recommend people not to join in this company. I don't know how people are giving 5 star reviews for this company.May be CEO has got this reviews from his known circle. Even for ex employees also he didn't clear the salary and after filing case he had given PF for few employees but not for all. Very worst company I had worked in my career.

...ngly. Services are also not good,Many clients left due to poor service quality. Salary is not paid on time and PF is not paid,Ex employee's did not receive salary till now.
