... forget about you at all just give you salary thats it with 6 holiday in a year.Salary structure is very low with no incentives no festival nothing and the worst part their so called client will give you work thats not even metioned in job description their client harasses you for no reason give you lots and lots of work and threatens you daily to withraw contract. Once you complain against harassment they wont do anything as client is more important than a employee. Now comes the salary part you"ll do entab"s and clients both work deal with 2 bosses within toxic environment and lot of harrasment on daily basis and they give salary 12701 ( in hand ) and increament of Rs 972 after 3 years of service. So i request anyone who is reading this please never ever say yes to job offered by Entab Iinfotech Pvt Ltd

...o increment. They make fake promises of the increment but don't fulfil the same. HR always tries to convince you to work on the same salary structure. Sometimes HR don't even bothers to reply you on a mail.

If you want to destroy your career then this company is the best match for you. At the time of interview the HR do not clarify about salary and leaves. They real game begins after you join the company. The only skill needed to survive in this company is buttering with the managers so that you can become their pets (chamchas). The manager order to stay after the shift is over for stupid discussion of clients. He don't get time to do this during the shift hours. Moreover if you fail to become their pets, they will demotivate you to such an extent that you will go to depression and think yourself as a burden to this world.

Worst managers and worst management. Salary - "peanuts". The manager distribute their favourite pet's work to other employees so that they can just sit there and earn free salary. While the other employees do double triple work and goes through mental breakdown because they do not have other option. When you try to raise your voice against this work culture, you will be targeted and bullied. Still if you want to work in this company then best of luck 👎👎👎

Their culture is good & the people around are very enthusiastic. For a fresher who just came out of college can do this job but remember for consulting sector it is not good for long term.
