Overall a bad experience. I am working here for more than 4 years. Apart from timely salary nothingbhas improved. No increment from last 2 years

No hike. We get some commitment but its of no use. The company is gradually worsening now.

Company is good, taking care of salaries whatever is decided on first time only.

...ort in office on special religious days also. No etiquette to speak with anyone. Salary is package is also less according to work load. Each and every process is too lengthy so customer are also unsatisfied with services. Managers do not have value an individuals. There is no on-job training provided to new joiners.

...of REDIGTON now its under Accel Limited , So the Management is literally worst . In lockdown the month of April - salary was Cut-off of 10% then May & June its 20% later July 50% and the month of after aug salary was got actual. then the month of Nov pushed to Lay-Off my job without reason. Really the worst top management because they are all start the career from as a engineer and they didn't improve themself even a Mail Draft. Lot of Politics in the Top Management.

Worst top management , this company was sold from Redington bcoz of benefits and politics of some top managements members.

... I can see my self as Manager & General manager in five years in that company. This company has favorable working conditions because salary being increased year by year. Providing traveling expenses. No influence of politics. we learn a lot from this company. Good training will be also provided. I would like to work for this company again I also applied for it.

We don't like posting subcontract employees by employers in that company. Apart from that everything is favorable in that company.

I like that the salary was received on time and seniors are always available for any kind of help.
