Company policy about leaves is excellent. Salary on time. No issues regarding appraisal. Very friendly environment. A good company to stay and work for long time.

Employee centric organization with best HR and management policies, highly process oriented as the processes keep bettered as the company scales up, work culture is best and employee motivation is high,

Company atmosphere is friendly. They treat you as a basic level person with a minimum required knowledge. They never say "don't you know this?", "wasn't it taught to you in academics?". They celebrate days, keep biscuits n toffees, have a fridge and oven. The work we did at Emailmonks as an HTML developer often tend to be repititive and lacked any huge technicality, this is one drawback but for those who wanna stick to the same thing its good. They give a week long vacation in the final week of December.

Dislikes

The technology used for making emails, newsletter is very simple and you don't develop vastly used skills needed in outside world. Sometimes it becomes tedious job and you think you should learn something else to become better as per market point of view.
